Winfield Co Japan Ltd is a Japanese registered company headquartered in Tokyo.
The company was set up in 2012 by founder and CEO Kenichi Katsuta and operates in the renewable energy sector specialising in solar farms and associated technologies.
To date, they have installed over 100MW of solar energy, mostly through ground mounted solar farms. A secure and profitable company, with a sales turnover of around £16million and an £18million balance sheet (2022).
The company employees directly around 40 people, mostly in Japan but also with operations in Malaysia and the UK. The UK company was incorporated in South Wales in 2021 to pursue and deliver renewable energy projects across the UK.
